September delight

We were asked to cater a local customer's daughter's 21st birthday party, which was held in

their garden, the weather was just amazing.

25 Guests

4 different types of canapés to start, followed by antipasto grazing platters

and a main course of our delicious melanzane parmigiana.

We provided 2 staff for a stress-free evening.

With our help the host hired in the tables chairs and extras.

We met with Shelley on several occasions to discuss the planned menu for 25 under the stars in our garden. The food was absolutely delicious. From the arrival canapés to the sharing platters, and the parmigiana melanzane to the individual tiramisu. She even helped me with the hiring of tables, chairs, linen and glasses.
