Our delicious canapés are generously sized, usually two bites or more, making them both elegant and satisfying.
For planning purposes, we recommend allowing 4 to 6 canapés per person, per hour of your event.

We can present them on eco-friendly, 100% recyclable platters with clear lids (perfect for easy serving), or on our ceramic platters for a more refined look. Ceramic platters can be returned after the event, with a refundable deposit (amount varies).

An Italian buffet offers a vast assortment of authentic Italian dishes that showcase the exquisite flavours of Italian cuisine. Guests can help themselves to the food, which is typically arranged on tables. Alternatively, you could position servers behind the buffet table to serve each dish. Hosting a buffet-style event is generally perceived as the most casual form of meal service. The dishes will either be ready to serve or can be reheated at home.

Bowl food offers a stylish and contemporary alternative to canapés – ideal for networking events, drinks receptions, and standing celebrations. These “mini meals in a bowl” are designed to be enjoyed while mingling, with no need for a table or seating. Each dish is served in a small bowl and can be easily eaten with a fork or spoon, allowing guests to enjoy a more substantial bite without interrupting the flow of your event.
Both sweet and savoury options are available, and we recommend 3 to 4 bowls per guest, depending on the duration and style of your event – or up to 10 bowls for longer gatherings.

To ensure the quality and freshness of each dish, a chef is required on-site to prepare and plate the food. For larger events, we may also recommend a waiter to serve guests and assist with smooth service.

Pizza taglio, also known as pizza by the slice, is a popular choice for parties. This type of pizza has a crispy and slightly thicker base that performs well even when not hot.
Think of it as a mix of a focaccia and a pizza dough. It is cut into rectangular slices, with each tray measuring 60 cm by 40 cm and typically containing around 24 slices. We recommend serving 2-3 slices per guest. We offer a variety of toppings to suit everyone's taste, so please feel free to ask.
