Our delicious canapés are generously sized, usually two bites or more, making them both elegant and satisfying.
For planning purposes, we recommend allowing 4 to 6 canapés per person, per hour of your event.

We can present them on eco-friendly, 100% recyclable platters with clear lids (perfect for easy serving), or on our ceramic platters for a more refined look. Ceramic platters can be returned after the event, with a refundable deposit (amount varies).

Guests can help themselves to the food, which is typically arranged on tables. Alternatively, you could position servers behind the buffet table to serve each dish. Hosting a buffet-style event is generally perceived as the most casual form of meal service. The dishes will either be ready to serve or can be reheated at home.

Pizza Taglio is one of our most popular choices for parties and events. Its slightly thicker, crispy base means it holds up beautifully and remains delicious even when not served piping hot.

Each tray is cut into 24 generous rectangular slices, or we can cut it into 32 smaller portions for children's parties and younger guests.

As a guide, we recommend allowing 2–3 slices per person, depending on the rest of the menu.

Filled generously with your choice of Italian ingredients – from creamy mozzarella and sun-ripened tomatoes to grilled aubergines, mortadella, or pecorino.
