We always recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time. For larger catering events, more notice gives us plenty of time to plan everything perfectly.
However, we can also provide next-day delivery for smaller orders, and for online orders placed through our website we simply ask for at least 48 hours notice.
We deliver throughout South West London and to neighbouring postcodes within roughly a 5km radius of our Fulham base. If you’re just outside this area, let us know — we’ll always do our best to accommodate.
We focus on delivering within our local area to make sure your food arrives fresh, hot, and exactly as it should be enjoyed. Staying close by also allows us to look after our loyal customers in Fulham, Putney, and the surrounding neighbourhoods. We’re so grateful for the support we receive locally, and this way we can keep our quality high and our service personal.
Our minimum order is £50, which makes it easy to enjoy our food whether you’re hosting a small gathering or something larger. Even if it’s just a tray of antipasto for a few guests, we’ve got you covered.
We do our very best to cater for allergies and dietary requirements. However, please note that our kitchen is not guaranteed nut-free or gluten-free, so while we take great care, we cannot promise the complete absence of allergens. If you have specific concerns, let us know and we’ll always do our utmost to accommodate safely.
Absolutely! We offer a wide variety of vegetarian and gluten-free dishes, along with a few vegan options. If you have something specific in mind, just let us know, we’re always happy to adapt where we can.
At Pappa Ciccia we specialise in a rustic, informal style of catering – generous platters, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. While we are not a formal or fine-dining caterer, we pride ourselves on being professional, reliable, and attentive, creating events that feel authentic, relaxed, and full of flavour.

Yes, we can supply good-quality disposable plates, cutlery, and napkins if you need them. We can also arrange crockery and glassware hire. We can loan you our display plates and wooden platters for a returnable deposit.
Yes! we have a child-friendly menu with favourites like pizza, pasta, and bite-sized finger foods, alongside options for the grown-ups too.
If you’d like an extra pair of hands on the day, we can provide our own dedicated team to look after your guests. As we are not a staffing agency, we do ask for a minimum catering order of £500 when supplying a waiter, and £1,000 when supplying a chef.
Our staffing rates are: Waiter – £30 per hour & Chef – £35 per hour (with a minimum booking of 4 hours).
If our own team is already fully booked, you can always hire a waiter through one of the many reputable staffing agencies available online.
For smaller events, we kindly request full payment 2 days before the event. For larger events, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve the date, with the balance due before the event. We also ask that final numbers are confirmed at least 2 days in advance, so everything is prepared perfectly for you.
We completely understand that plans can change, life happens! We’ll always do our best to be flexible and accommodate adjustments where possible. If ingredients have already been purchased or items hired for your event, we may need to recover those costs. We’re always happy to discuss this with you in advance to make sure everything is clear and fair.
Our food is delivered ready to enjoy either hot or cold for you to re-heat. We can present it in our ceramic and wooden platters (for a small returnable deposit), or on high-quality disposable trays that are eco-friendly and recyclable.
Of course! Whether it’s a tray of tiramisu, a platter of antipasto, or drinks to go alongside your meal, we’re happy to provide smaller items on their own — as long as the £50 minimum order is met.
If your order is straightforward and you feel confident, the easiest way is to order directly through our website. If you’re not quite sure, or would prefer some guidance, we’re more than happy to create a draft order with you and make any changes until you feel completely happy to confirm.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payment by bank transfer.
