We recently catered a lovely event for 35 guests at Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour

titled Shades of Wellbeing: How Colour Makes Us Feel.

With such a colourful theme, the brief suited our catering style perfectly: fresh ingredients, vibrant platters, and food that looked inviting on the table while still being easy for guests to enjoy during the event.

The menu included a selection of our Italian antipasto platters with cured meats, cheeses, grilled vegetables and olives, alongside vegetarian antipasti and colourful vegan platters with dairy-free cheeses, seasonal fruit, roasted vegetables, dips and nuts.

We also prepared our mango, avocado and rocket salad with roasted pine nuts and a honey & lime dressing, freshly baked tomato and onion focaccia, and individual fruit and ricotta cups, with a selection prepared without ricotta.

With vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices included, everything was clearly labelled so guests could easily see what was suitable for them.

The cost

The total catering cost for 35 guests was £506.25,

For this style of event, we love creating generous sharing food that looks beautiful, gives guests plenty of choice and doesn't require complicated service.
