Twice a year we cater for over 100 teachers and staff at a local
independant school end of summer term and Christmas lunch.
We absolutely love catering this event. They give us carte blanche
to create a stunning buffet style meal which means we have freedom
to change and create delicious dishes that we know they we love.
It takes a lot of preparation and teamwork to get this perfect and a huge
effort goes into every detail.
