I’m not going to deny this business can be stressful. Long hours, which are very mentally and physically demanding. Pulling all aspects together to complete a successful event

involves a lot of planning and a massive team effort. Customers rarely appreciate what goes on behind the scenes

and that’s exactly how it should be. We are in a privileged position being the owners of a restaurant to

not have to rely solely on private catering for our income.

This benefits us to be able pick and choose the jobs we think

we will truly excel at and enjoy doing. We’ve been lucky enough to work with some fabulous people over the years and when we get positive and complimentary feedback it is so truly satisfying. It really makes all the hard work worthwhile and motivates us for the next
